Aftenrøde er igjen på Byscenen. Med tre artister vil publikum få en klubbopplevelse som sjelden kan oppleves ellers i byen. Som I fjor vil Byscenens erværdige lokaler forvandles til et frirom for elektronsik og eksperimentell musikk.

Dragongirl

Copenhagen-based composer, producer and DJ dragongirl works at the intersection of club music, contemporary music and performing arts. dragongirl's universe is inspired by, among other things, literary fantasy, horror movies, video games and club culture. She’s interested in how music can build worlds, create spaces, create its own form of tactility and put the body in different states. She explores this on her debut album – sound journey and club fairytale hot blue. Even though her music is often described as apocalyptic, it is not of a dystopian nature, but brings forth hope and light. With suggestive and atmospheric notes, she works towards a future where dragons and machines live together side by side.

Minus Magnus

As one of Norway’s most thrilling underground Techno weapons - Minus Magnus' sounds stand out for mixing contemporary, hard and raw Techno; and with influences from Breaks, EBM, IDM, Rave and Trance music. As a DJ and artist, his take on Techno resonates by combining the dirtiness of analogue and experimental sounds with body-hitting rhythms and euphoric atmospheres. It was the dancefloors that this DJ taught his outstanding intuitions for the sounds that make a crowd vibrate. Constant practice and his dedication to music shaped his method. Known for his mixing skills, it is the selection that genuinely stands out - a well-curated mix of known and unknown gems. Minus Magnus seeks the sweet spot between tracks connected via vibe and style.

Kromoplastik

Kromoplastik er en av premissleverandørene av acid i Bergens undergrunn, kjent for sine intense live-sett som kombinerer skarpe rytmer med intrikate melodier, akkompagnert av hans krombelagte arbeidshest. Kromoplastik finner du ofte  bak pulten på klubber som Østre, Kennel og Kafé Hærverk, samt internasjonale scener som TES, Left Bank og Mutant Radio i Tbilisi. Debutalbumet ble gitt ut på det Tbilisi-baserte labelet Fear No System og fanger Kromoplastiks rå og uforutsigbare stil.

Alma’s Resturant

Vegg-i-vegg med Byscenen, har vi vår egen bar og kjøkken – Alma’s. Her er det perfekte stedet og starte kvelden med en matbit eller noe godt i glasset før du skal på konsert. Gjør gjerne konsertkvelden til en helaften med middag her – da kan du få tidlig tilgang til garderobe og bli billettert mens du spiser. (NB! Kun for spisende gjester)

Om en runde shuffle med god mat eller snacks og noe godt i glasset frister, er BOXER stedet! Boxer ligger i etasjen under Alma’s; en særegen bar med øl, rock og shuffleboard i sentrum.
